Yes. MINERALIA does not sell reconstituted, dyed or lab-grown material presented as natural. Any enhancement (stabilisation, polishing) is stated on the product page.
For one-of-a-kind specimens, yes — the photograph is the item. Always check the listed size and weight before ordering.
Each specimen is wrapped individually and cushioned for transit, then boxed to survive handling between Morocco and Portugal and on to you.
Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Natural minerals can have inherent fractures — our support team will tell you plainly whether it is transit damage or a natural feature.
Delivery is currently focused on Portugal. Reach out before ordering if you are elsewhere — we can confirm what is possible for your address.
